How To Become An SRJC Club

Find a Club Advisor and students interested in participating in your club: Find a ‘permanent employee of the district’ to be your club advisor (college faculty or staff), find other students who would be interested in starting a club with you, and assign officer roles like Treasurer or Vice President.
Create a Club Description: Write a summary of your club that you’re willing to share with the public, including: Main Club Contact Name, Phone Number, E-mail (Club E-mail, if you have one), Facebook/Social Media links, Club Logo, and a short description of your club. Submissions may be edited for length and clarity.
Fill Out and Submit the Activation Packet: Fill out the following form as completely as possible, sign at the bottom, and click submit. A confirmation email will be sent to the Club President and the Club Advisor for review. IMPORTANT: The Club Advisor must verify that the information provided in the activation packet is correct prior to ICC activation.
Attend the Inter-Club Council: Once you have submitted your packet and your Club Advisor has confirmed, have your club’s President (or designated Inter-Club Council (ICC) representative (student) attend the next ICC meeting to briefly present your club to the ICC body.
