Information/Communication Technology Accessibility Form
The District recently adopted Board Policy 2.17, which mandates that all software purchased by the District meet federal and state accessibility standards.
As you research software and work with vendors on a purchase, we ask that you request accessibility documentation from the software vendor. Most vendors should have either a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) or third party verification of accessibility to submit. Please note that you do not need to understand, or even read this documentation.You just need to upload it for IT to work with.
This short form asks you for information about the product, and allows you to upload any documentation you have received. This information allows IT to assess the accessibility of the software in question.
