It is not necessary to fill out this form if you are a small group (under 10 people) and you will be visiting during our regular museum hours. If you have special needs or requests, however, we do recommend that you go ahead and fill out this form.
Please see our current hours, which may change throughout the year, as we are part of the Santa Rosa Junior College District and cater primarily to the SRJC Community academic calendar.
