Previously recorded “No Credit”, “No Pass” and “Withdrawal” (NC, NP, W) completed at Santa Rosa Junior College will be considered for adjustment upon submission of this form to the Admissions, Records & Enrollment Development Office. The academic record of the student will be annotated with the appropriate adjustment code, in addition to any applicable progress status change. However, all previously recorded work will remain on the student academic record to ensure
a true and complete academic history.
Twenty-four units is the maximum amount of course work to be adjusted.
THIS POLICY IS APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. The student:
a. Has not received any grades of “Incomplete” (I), NC, NP, or W in two consecutive semesters following the receipt of the NC, NP and/or W to be adjusted, and
b. Has completed a minimum of 4 semester units, and
c. Has a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or better
2. The passage of two years since the (NC, NP, W) work was recorded (at the end of the semester).
