7. I understand that if I make changes to my schedule, it is my responsibility to complete an updated Certification Request Form. Failing to do so can result in incurring unnecessary debts with the Department of Veterans Affairs.*

10. I understand that SRJC does not participate in any auto enrollment practices. It is my responsibility to enroll for the courses outlined in my education plan. Additionally, I understand that the Office of Veterans Affairs at SRJC does not engage in automatic reporting of enrollment to Department of Veterans Affairs. It is my responsibility to request my enrollment be reported for any term that I wish to use my benefit.*

11. I understand that if I use Post-9/11 benefits, VA requires that I verify my enrollment every month by phone or text. Additionally, I understand that if using Post-9/11, the School Certifying Official will be required to report my enrollment upon my request and then submit a secondary enrollment report, for the purpose of verifying my enrollment status after the add/drop period. If I fail to notify the SCO of any changes in my enrollment prior to the end of add/drop, it can result in me owing additional funds to the college.*

Satisfactory Academic Progress: Students receiving Veterans Educational Assistance are required to conform to the rules and regulations of Santa Rosa Junior College and the Code of Federal regulations (Title 38). If a student using VA educational benefits moves on to Academic or Progress Probation and remains in a probationary status for more than two semesters, it will result in a termination of their benefits until one semester of at least six certifiable units is completed with an overall GPA of 2.0 or above and a completion rate of at least 51%. Additionally, if a student using VA educational benefits is placed on Academic or Progress Dismissal, their benefit will be suspended until they complete the process for readmission, which is outlined at the link below. Summer is not a term that can be used to factor into the reinstatement of benefits.*
